NOW SOLD 1967 THE PINK FLOYD See Emily Play/Scarecrow Capitol Canada Single

NOW SOLD Artist: Pink Floyd Title: See Emily Play/Scarecrow 7 inch, 45 rpm Single Label: Capitol Records Canada 72500 Year of Release:1967 Discogs Genre: Psychedelic Rock Grading Method: Play, and Visual,, Goldmine Grade : Vinyl: VG-VG+, :Cover NA Notes: Original 1967 release. Vinyl has some light scratches (more like sleeve scuffs), that do not affect play. No skips or jumps. Some light surface noise really only noticeable on the roll in and roll out. Unfortunately the original owenr did write there name on the label, but other than that this is a really nice copy of this tough to find Canadian release. I am unsure if the capitol sleeve is the original or not, but it is the one it came with when I aquired it years ago, and it also has the same name written on it that is on the label, so more than likely is the original (but no guarantee). Interesting that the bands name is printed as THE PINK FLOYD. Both songs are credited to Syd Barett. This Canadian version was not even listed on Discogs until I listed this one. Price NOW SOLD

NOW SOLD 1969 YARDBIRDS-YARDBIRDS (Roger the Engineer) UK Stereo Pressing

Artist: The Yardbirds, Title: Yardbirds (Roger the Engineer), Label: Columbia UK SCX 6063 Stereo, Matrix #:yax 3127-1, yax 3126-1 Year of Release:1969 2nd press originally issues 1966, Grading Method: Play, and Visual,, Goldmine Grade : Vinyl: EX-NM, :Cover: VG+, Notes: Second UK Stereo pressing of this 1966 classic. Released in 1969 this features the silver printing label (first press was blue printing). Visually it looks hardly played at all. A few light sleeve scuffs, no scratches, dark shiny vinyl. It plays through with no skips or jumps, and very little surface noise at all. The cover is the UK glossy “flipback” style. In decent shape. Some light ring war, and some shelf wear on the back. A few light creases on the front and some yellowing to the opening. Colors are bright, no seam splits and very little wear to the seams at all. As a bonus it comes with the original Inner sleeve picturing amongst others Pink Floyd’s Piper at the Gates of Dawn. This is a super nice clean copy of this classic. NOW SOLD THE YARDBIRDS-FIVE LIVE YARDBIRDS The Nardem Tapes Canada

NOW SOLD Artist: The Yardbirds, Title: Five Live Yardbirds The Nardem Tapes, Label: North American Record Distributors & E.M (Nardem Canada), Matrix #: Year of Release:N/A, Grading Method: Play, and Visual,, Goldmine Grade : Vinyl: VG+, :Cover: G-VG, Notes: This one has always been a bit of a mystery. From what I have been led to believe it is basically a Canadian bootleg version of the 1964 live recording previously released as Five Live Yardbirds. This one is a great player. Some light surface noise (ticks and crackles) but because it is mostly a live recording you don’t really notice it. Just on the quieter parts and run-outs. It plays through without jumps or skips. Visually no major scratches, some scuffing. Vinyl is still shiny. The cover has some ome ring wear, light scuffs, a few light creases, a few stains. Someone wrote the names of each member under their picture on the back, and there are two pin holes at the top corners. The seams are all intact. Come check it out for yourself. Price $NOW SOLD

NOW SOLD 1966 THE YARDBIRDS-HAVING A RAVE UP...Mono Capital 6000 Canada T6166

Artist: The Yardbirds, Title: Having a Rave Up with the Yardbirds, Label: Capitol Canada T 6166 Monophonic, Matrix #:T2-6166 D T, T1-6166 D T Year of Release:1966, Grading Method: Play, and Visual,, Goldmine Grade : Vinyl: VG+, :Cover: VG, Notes: One of the more sought after of the Capital 6000 series. Cover art Unique to this Canadian release. This one is a great player. Some surface surface noise (ticks and crackles) with the occasional louder pop really only noticeable during the quieter parts and run-outs. It plays through without jumps or skips. Visually no major scratches, some scuffing. Vinyl is still fairly shiny and not played out. The Who’s first release in Canada on Decca Canada in glorious Monophonic sound. . The cover is in nice shape. Some ring wear to the front bottom right area, and some spots of foxing to the back. No major creases, only the slightest dings to the corners. The biggest flaw I can find is that one seam has split at some point and someone sealed it back up with tape. I honestly missed this until close inspection, it was done so well you could easily miss it. Other than that the seams are all intact and the colors strong. If it wasn’t for the taped seam this would easily rate and EX or higher. This is a great copy of this tough to find Monophonic Classic. As a bonus it comes with the original Capital generic Inner sleeve. Come check it out for yourself. Price NOW SOLD
