NOW SOLD RUSH-RUSH on the MOON Label MN-100 The Holy Gail!

Artist: Rush Title: Rush Label: Moon Records MN-100 Matrix #:MN-100-A, MN-100-B Year of Release:1974 Grading Method: Play, and Visual Goldmine Grade : Vinyl: Strong VG+ :Cover: VG Notes: The Holy Grail for Rush fans. Rush’s first self titled release on the bands own Moon Records Label. According to Discogs only 3500 were pressed and it quickly sold out. Later they signed with the Mercury label which re-released this album under the Mercury Label. This copy plays exceptionally clean. No skips, jumps, or loud pops, only the occasional “tick” or quiet “pop” only noticeable on the quiet run outs. Visually the vinyl does have some light sleeve scuffs, but these do not affect play, the vinyl is nice and shiny and has clearly been cared for and not mishandled over its 41 year life. The cover has some slight scuffing, and surface wear here and there, but displays nicely. Short of the sealed copy on ebay right now for $25,000 U.S. I doubt you could find a nicer copy for sale. Vinyl is graded according to the Goldmine Standard and we do strive to give an accurate description, indicating if it have been visually graded or play graded. If there is a certain title that you are looking for please let us know as we have thousands of titles and they don’t all make it up on to the website right away. All prices are in Canadian Funds and I do collect HST on behalf of the Government. HST number and Receipts are provided

GOLDMINE GRADING SCALE

SS (Still Sealed) New record with original shrink wrap/packaging.

M (Mint) The record is perfect but not sealed anymore. / The sleeve is like new but not not sealed anymore.

NM (Near Mint) A very clean record. Near mint condition except for slight superficial scuffs. Played only a couple times, at most. / Sleeves with this rating may have small defects but will not have significant creases or splits.

EX (Excellent) Vinyl has only a couple minor surface scuffs, but no scratches. / Label has very slight evidence of wear, no writing and sharp coloring. Jacket has no seam splits, no creases, very minor chipping at edges/corners, very minor ring-wear, no writing.

VG+ (Very Good Plus) Record surfaces may have slight scuffs or light scratches, but are still primarily clean. No serious play issues. A well-cared-for-record. / Sleeves may have some creases or minor ring wear, but will not be split. May have chipping at edges or bumped corners, moderate ring wear, little to no writing. May have promo hole, slot or cut-out corner. (A grade that will satisfy most collectors.)

VG (Very Good) A used, reasonable copy to play. Many of the defects found in a VG+ copy will be more pronounced in VG condition. Surface noise but the record is still a decent copy. / Jacket may have seam split and/or chipping at edges or bumped corners with some writing, ring wear.

G (Good) Vinyl has lots of wear, skips and scratches are certain. Deeper scuffs are present. A record that has seen better days. / Jacket may have seam split and/or chipping at edges or bumped corners with writing, ring wear. Not a cover you would want to frame.

F (Fair) Vinyl Is ready for trash with skips, repeats, warping, and/or deep scratches, but may be a good album to buy to fill a need until a better copy is found. / Jacket has large splits and/or major chipping at edges and corners, water damage/stains, or major writing, or heavy ring wear.
